Pricing

As event planners and coordinators, it is our job to be in tune with each couple's needs and to design an individualized package according to those needs. Outlined below are packages that we offer, but as noted, each package can be customized to suit individual needs. Package Prices do not include Travel Charges.

Full Planning- For the couples that need assistance planning the entire event from choosing a location and narrowing down vendors to color coordinating the centerpieces with the linens, we offer full planning and coordination. we will meet with you to discuss your needs and draw up a proposal based on your individual needs. **Pricing is dependent on each couple's needs and includes Month of and Day of Coordination Services. Never exceeding $3,000.00.

Partial Planning- For the couples that are handling most of the details, but would like to have us available to consult and offer our assistance via phone and email throughout the planning process, as well as help with vendor referrals and recommendations. **Pricing is dependent on each couple's needs and includes Month of and Day of Coordination Services. Never exceeding $2,000.00.

Month of Coordination- For the couple that has completed the greater part of their planning, but need help with securing the details and making sure that everything runs smoothly and accordingly, we offer "month of" services. Services really begin two to three months prior to your wedding day and involve us developing a detailed timeline for the day, vendor confirmations as well as vendor referrals for those not secured yet, final months planning checklist to ensure last minute details are not overlooked and so much more. Please contact us for a more detailed description of services. Never exceeding $1,000.00.

Day of Coordination- For the couple that has already taken care of the wedding planning and the wedding day schedule, we offer day of coordination services. We will be there to make sure that all of those details that you worked so hard to plan, are executed to perfection. Please contact us for a more detailed description of services. Does NOT include Design, Decorating, and/or Event Styling. Never exceeding $500.00.

Design, Decorating and/or Event Styling- For the couple that doesn't desire planning or coordinating services, but needs assistance with the design and decorating process. This package is especially useful for those brides that are looking to incorporate a lot of DIY into their day. This can include anything from a design consultation and layout suggestions to construction and assembly of centerpieces and other design elements to tulle draping and anything in between. **Pricing is based on the complexity of the job, never exceeding $600.00.

Travel Charge

Travel Fees: (when searched from Fairmont, WV)

25 Miles – No Travel Charge

26 to 100 Miles – Mileage Charge of $0.30 per mile with No Accommodation Charge

101 to 250 Miles – Mileage Charge of $0.30 per mile and Night of Accommodation Charge

251 to 400 Miles – Mileage Charge of $0.30 per mile and 2 Nights of Accommodation (Night before and Night of)

401 + Miles – Roundtrip Airfare, Accommodation, and Transportation (Depending on Circumstances)
